  • Invoice – We’ll prepare an invoice, request any necessary details, and send it to your email for secure payment.
  • Zelle – Fast and easy payment via Zelle transfer.

All of our arrangements are made with freshly cut flowers, so lifespan may vary.

On average, flowers remain fresh for 4–5 days, depending on temperature, humidity, and care.

We always include a care instruction card with every order to help you keep your flowers looking their best.

Each bouquet or arrangement comes with a step-by-step care guide, tailored to help extend the freshness of your flowers.

We source our flowers from trusted and experienced suppliers who ensure the highest quality.

Due to seasonal availability and logistics, we do not disclose specific origin details. However, we guarantee only the best blooms go into our arrangements.

All sales are final, with exceptions handled individually.

  • If a selected flower is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value. If a more expensive substitution is requested, the price difference will apply.
  • Changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to availability.
  • Rush orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

We offer Same Day Delivery for orders confirmed before the daily cut-off time.

You may also schedule your delivery for any future date that suits your needs.

We make ordering simple and flexible:

We offer free delivery on orders over $199 within a 20-mile radius from any of our locations:

  • Downtown Miami
  • Aventura
  • Boca Raton

We deliver to most areas across South Florida. Contact us if you’d like to confirm delivery availability for your location.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will:

  • Attempt to contact the sender or recipient for further instructions.
  • If no contact is made, the courier will leave the order in a secure location based on the arrangement format:
  • In a transport bucket
  • In a vase (if specified)
  • In a Box Arrangement, as applicable

We ensure each delivery is handled with care and placed in the most suitable location available.

If the address provided is incorrect and the flowers are already out for delivery:

  • If we cannot reach anyone, the arrangement will be returned to our store until we receive further instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply.
  • If the sender confirms a new address, we can re-route the delivery, though additional fees may apply, depending on the updated distance and timing.

We don’t offer a fixed monthly flower subscription at this time, but we’re always happy to assist with recurring or one-time orders.

If you need flowers for a specific occasion or on a regular basis, you can reach out to us in advance or even same-day, and we’ll create a beautiful arrangement that fits your preferences and budget.

We can prepare something directly from our website collection, or design a custom piece just for you.

Yes, we offer Same Day Delivery! That means we can prepare and deliver your arrangement on the same day your order is placed — as long as it’s within our business hours.

To ensure same-day delivery, we recommend placing your order as early in the day as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate late orders as well, including evening or final deliveries of the day, depending on availability.

We deliver throughout our business hours, and we can also accommodate early or late-day deliveries by request.
