Our fresh flower arrangements typically last 7–10 days with proper care. To help you enjoy them longer, every order includes a care instruction card with simple tips for watering, trimming, and placement.

Preserved Flowers
Our preserved flower arrangements are professionally treated to maintain their natural beauty and can last for years with minimal care. Simply keep them away from direct sunlight, humidity, and water to enjoy their beauty for as long as possible.

Each bouquet or arrangement comes with a step-by-step care guide, tailored to help extend the freshness of your flowers.

Roses and stock come from Ecuador, hydrangea and ranunculus from Holland. We also buy from Europe and from private farms when the quality is better there. Deliveries reach our boutiques 2 to 3 times a week, up to 4 in season, so arrangements are built from stems cut days ago, not weeks.

If a stem is unavailable on the day, we substitute within the same colour and value, and we call to confirm the change before the arrangement goes out.

All sales are final, with exceptions handled individually.

• If a selected flower is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value. If a more expensive substitution is requested, the price difference will apply.
• Changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to availability.
• Rush orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

Order by 5 PM and your flowers go out the same day in Miami, Aventura and Boca Raton.

We offer Same Day Delivery for orders confirmed before 5 PM.

You may also schedule your delivery for any future date that suits your needs.

We deliver to most areas across South Florida. Contact us if you’d like to confirm delivery availability for your location.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will:

• Attempt to contact the sender or recipient for further instructions.
• If no contact is made, the courier will leave the order in a secure location based on the arrangement format:
• In a transport bucket
• In a vase (if specified)
• In a Box Arrangement, as applicable

We ensure each delivery is handled with care and placed in the most suitable location available.

If the address provided is incorrect and the flowers are already out for delivery:

• If we cannot reach anyone, the arrangement will be returned to our store until we receive further instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply.
• If the sender confirms a new address, we can re-route the delivery, though additional fees may apply, depending on the updated distance and timing.

We don’t offer a fixed monthly flower subscription at this time, but we’re always happy to assist with recurring or one-time orders.

Yes, we offer Same Day Delivery! That means we can prepare and deliver your arrangement on the same day your order is placed — as long as it’s within our business hours.

To ensure same-day delivery, we recommend placing your order as early in the day as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate late orders as well, including evening or final deliveries of the day, depending on availability.
